Dr. Elshaarawy earned his medical degree from Ain Shams University in Cairo-Egypt. He completed residencies at Ain Shams University Hospitals, Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia, and New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He also completed a vascular surgery fellowship at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Elshaarawy is board-certified. Dr. Elshaarawy has been practicing Vascular Surgery in Battle Creek for the past 13 years.

Dr. Alam earned his medical degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. He completed general surgery residency at St. Mary’s Hospital at Yale University School of Medicine in Waterbury and New Haven, CT. He went to complete his vascular surgery fellowship at the Univeristy of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Dr. Alam has been practicing Vascular Surgery in Western Michigan since 2012 and is affiliated with Western Michigan University and Michigan State University.

Kyle Toth, PA-C, is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in vascular medicine. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University in 2019 before completing his Physician Assistant studies at the University of Michigan–Flint in 2025. Since October 2025, Kyle has been practicing at Vascular Health Center, where he is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. With a strong clinical foundation and a focus on improving patient outcomes, he brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to the management of vascular conditions.

Shaidan Leach PA-C is a dedicated Physician Assistant specializing in vascular surgery and committed to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Central Michigan University and went on to complete her Physician Assistant degree at Central Michigan University. Shaidan works closely with patients throughout all stages of vascular treatment, from evaluation and diagnosis to perioperative and postoperative care. She is passionate about patient education and helping individuals better understand and manage vascular conditions to improve long-term health outcomes and quality of life. Shaidan is dedicated to building trusting relationships with her patients and delivering personalized, evidence-based care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Savannah Dixon, MSOT, OTR/L, CLT, earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Western Michigan University, where she received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She completed her lymphedema and wound care certification through the International Lymphedema & Wound Care Institute in 2023. Her advanced training includes Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), wound care management, and compression therapy specialization.
She initially practiced in orthopedic rehabilitation with specialization in work compensation services and upper extremity care. She now focuses her practice in vascular health, providing comprehensive lymphedema and wound care services to patients throughout the community. She is committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on restoring function and enhancing quality of life.
